About Me

Full Disclosure: My name is Andrea but I go by Andie. Nice to meet you!

Whether through a tweet, a blog, or a news article, I love using storytelling across platforms to inform, educate, and plant the seeds of social change. It’s why I studied sociology and strategic communication. And why I have firmly rooted my career in social impact organizations.

I want to be a part of the movement that makes the world a kinder, healthier place. I know the best way I can contribute to this movement is by telling stories that matter.

I recently graduated from Fordham University’s Public Media program with a master’s in strategic communication and currently work with the New York City Department of Health. Before moving to NYC, I worked in the nonprofit sector in Kansas City, primarily working with small organizations.

If you keep scrolling, you can see samples of my work and even download my resume.
